A regional company leader in the Construction Chemicals, Paints, Power Tools & Hardware Materials Industry is looking to hire its Operation Manager for the Lebanese Market.

Position Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail and wholesale business, ensuring efficient supply chain management, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing operations within the construction, paints, power tools, or hardware materials sectors.

Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise retail and wholesale operations across all branches and channels.
Ensure smooth supply chain and inventory management, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align operations with business goals.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key clients.
Oversee staffing, training, and performance management for operations staff.
Monitor KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and present insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Lebanese construction and retail sales business.
Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale distribution operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
