We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to grow our social media and digital marketing business. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, expanding service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
Identify, prospect, and secure new clients (SMEs, corporates, startups, brands).
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Pitch social media services including content creation, paid ads, influencer campaigns, and analytics.
Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
Market & Strategy
Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging social platforms.
Identify new service opportunities (TikTok, reels, AI content, performance marketing, etc.).
Contribute to go-to-market strategies and service positioning..
Qualifications & Skills
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account growth (digital or social media preferred).
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in a social media agency, advertising agency, or digital marketing company.
Existing network of brands, agencies, or decision-makers.
