Receptionist /Admin Assistant

Duties:

- Handle and log phone calls; assist management with scheduling, correspondence, and meetings
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, archives, and databases
- Welcome visitors and ensure showroom, conference room, and office organization
- Manage filing, archiving, office supplies, and petty cash in coordination with Accounting
- Perform basic HR tasks (attendance, leaves)
- Coordinate with suppliers, monitor contracts, and follow up on shipments
- Manage office operations, and opening/closing procedures
- Handle walk-in client transactions when needed
