Junior Cost Controller

We’re looking for a Junior Cost Controller to join our team and help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost control across our restaurants and bakeries.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily food and beverage costs and variances.
• Assist in inventory control, stock counts, and cost analysis.
• Support in preparing cost reports and identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams to ensure accurate data entry and pricing.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in cost control, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Location: Achrafieh
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7:00-16:00 or 08:00-17:00
Saturday: 7:00-11:00 or 8:00-12:00
