Mirato MEA is a leading aerosol and liquid personal care products manufacturer based in Bchamoun, Lebanon. We are currently seeking to hire a Quality Control Inspector with the below responsibilities:
- Inspect in house or in an external lab all tests needed for the received raw material and finished products, by applying physical, chemical and biological tests, and report back to QC manager.
- Report to QC manager all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Observe and compare final product to the given specifications.
- Test samples from production lines in lab constantly as per a given schedule.
- Test semi-finished products throughout the mixing process.
- Document inspection and testing outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Conduct stability test for new products to test steadiness and shelf life of the product.
- Conduct the R&D of new products until its completion to fit with local and export requirements.
- Conduct physical and chemical water tests on a daily basis.
- Check and update artworks to meet new International Standards and country’s rules and regulations.
