Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities by reaching out to B2B prospects through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling. This is a full-cycle SDR position, meaning he/she’ll take ownership of the entire outreach process—from identifying and engaging leads to booking meetings and supporting deals through the proposal stage.
Basic Functions / Responsibilities
• Conduct research to identify Ideal Customer Profiles and target accounts
• Develop and send personalized LinkedIn and email messages to engage prospects
• Perform outbound cold calls to initiate conversations and qualify leads
• Hold discovery calls to assess potential fit and business needs
• Schedule and book qualified meetings with sales team or handle directly
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system (activity, notes, opportunity status)
• Collaborate with sales and leadership team to support deals in proposal and closing stages
• Assist in planning and optimizing outreach campaign strategies
• Support the Head of Strategic Projects in various activities related to the department vision.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong ability to write clear, persuasive, and tailored messages
• Confident and articulate on the phone and video calls
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently
• Preferably, prior experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or outbound outreach
• Familiarity with CRM tools, cold email software, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
