Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily delivery and wholesale logistics operations.
-Ensure on-time, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries to wholesale customers and branches.
- Coordinate loading, unloading, and distribution activities.
- Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Supervise, schedule, and manage drivers and laborers.
- Ensure proper staff coverage based on delivery volume and operational needs.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to the logistics team.
- Enforce discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and driver performance.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Coordinate closely with sales, warehouse, production, and finance teams.
- Communicate delivery schedules, delays, or issues to internal teams and customers.
- Handle customer complaints related to delivery and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor delivery performance KPIs (on-time delivery, costs, productivity).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and delivery reports.
-Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to management.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards.
- Ensure proper handling of goods during loading, transport, and unloading.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, or damages and report accordingly
