Education: University degree
Language: Arabic – English – French is a plus

Some of duties and responsibilities:
• Present, promote and sell properties .
• Generating client leads to sell a property.
• Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
• Showing properties to potential buyers.
• Presenting purchase offers to buyers.
• Facilitating negotiations buyers and Company
• Reviewing contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
• Preparing contracts, other documents for each real estate transaction.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• The candidate must be able to accept and implement all tasks required by the administration

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a sales representative
• Good knowledge of the local property
• Organized and sales oriented
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Microsoft Office computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
