Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who combines strategic UX thinking with exceptional UI execution. The ideal candidate will lead the design of complex digital products, create intuitive and scalable user experiences, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams.
This role requires a designer who can confidently translate business requirements and user needs into elegant, functional, and user-centered digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities

UX Strategy & User Research

Lead and contribute to UX strategy for web and mobile products
Conduct and analyze:
User research
Stakeholder interviews
Usability testing
User personas, journeys, and experience maps
Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and UX documentation


UI Design & Design Systems

Design high-fidelity UI interfaces for web and mobile platforms
Own, maintain, and evolve design systems, UI components, and guidelines
Ensure consistency across products while aligning with brand identity
Apply usability, accessibility, and interaction design best practices




Prototyping & Validation

Create interactive prototypes for user testing, stakeholder reviews, and development handoff
Iterate designs based on feedback, usability findings, and business priorities


Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with:
Product Managers
Developers
Marketing and Branding teams
Review and validate UI/UX implementation during development
Provide design guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers (if applicable)


Business & Product Alignment

Balance user needs with business objectives
Design experiences that drive engagement, usability, and conversion
Contribute to product vision, roadmap discussions, and design direction


Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
Advanced proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, design systems)
Strong understanding of:
UX research methodologies
Interaction design
Information architecture
Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
Excellent communication skills
Strong command of English (Arabic is a strong plus)


Nice to Have / Plus

Experience designing:
Enterprise or government platforms
SaaS products or data-heavy dashboards
Familiarity with:
Front-end basics (HTML, CSS)
Accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience mentoring or leading designers
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments


Portfolio Requirement

A solid and well-structured portfolio is mandatory.

The portfolio must clearly showcase:
UX case studies and design thinking
User flows, wireframes, and prototypes
High-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile
Real-world product or platform experience
Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
