With over 40 years of heritage in the fashion industry, Tag Privé currently operates two physical stores and serves the affordable luxury segment. The brand has an established physical presence in Clemenceau alongside an active online store and growing digital footprint.

2. Role Purpose
This role has been created to support the continued growth of Tag Privé’s digital presence, with a strong focus on video-led content and social media visibility.
The objective of the role is to plan, produce, edit, and publish engaging video content that strengthens brand positioning, supports online growth, and drives consistent daily activity across social platforms.

3. Scope
• @tagprive on Instagram and Facebook
• Short-form video content including Reels, Stories, and TikTok
• Video shooting, editing, and publishing
• Social media content creation and posting
• Community engagement and response to enquiries

4. Time Commitment
• This is a full-time ongoing role, performance and deliverable based
• Working schedule can be agreed in advance with company management to align with filming, editing, and posting requirements
• Candidate should be available for planning meetings, filming sessions, and review discussions where necessary

5. Objectives
• Content Strategy: Research social media and video trends and propose content ideas aligned with Tag Privé’s brand voice and positioning
• Video Production: Shoot high-quality short-form video content on location, ensuring strong visuals and brand consistency
• Video Editing: Edit content with attention to pacing, storytelling, and platform best practices
• Publishing & Scheduling: Post content across social platforms following an agreed content calendar
• Community Engagement: Monitor messages, comments, and interactions and respond in line with brand tone
• Performance Awareness: Track basic engagement metrics and suggest improvements to increase reach and impact

6. Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in shooting and editing social media video content
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok formats, trends, and best practices
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut
• Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage content deadlines
• Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle content is preferred
• Passion for fashion and digital media with the ability to translate brand identity into compelling video content
