Direct daily production activities to maintain smooth operations and ensure resources are used effectively.
• Prepare and adjust production schedules in line with customer orders, stock levels, and material supply.
• Work closely with other departments such as maintenance, purchasing, quality control, and logistics to keep processes aligned.
• Review and interpret production reports to spot inefficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at boosting output, cutting waste, and enhancing overall efficiency.
• Manage raw material and spare parts inventory to balance cost control with uninterrupted production flow
