We are looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our bistro bar team in Ashrafieh. The ideal candidate is passionate about beverages, delivers excellent guest service, and thrives in a fast-paced, social environment while maintaining high quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
Manage bar stock, report shortages, and minimize waste
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Support the team during busy service hours

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience as a bartender (bistro, bar, or restaurant experience preferred)
Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
