This multitask position suits a customs clearance and forwarding agency in Lebanon, blending financial oversight, personnel management, and port logistics at Beirut. It demands NAJM system proficiency for seamless import/export declarations amid port challenges.


Key Responsibilities
Execute customs clearance for imports/exports: prepare NAJM/NOOR declarations, HS codes, bills of lading, coordinate with Beirut Port authorities, brokers, and forwarders to minimize delays.

Manage agency accounting: invoice clients for clearance/shipping fees, track freight costs, handle payments, reconciliations, and financial reports compliant with Lebanese regulations.

Oversee HR operations: recruit logistics staff, process payroll/NSSF contributions, manage contracts, training on customs procedures, and ensure compliance for port-based teams
