We are looking for a motivated and responsible Team Leader/Assistant to join our team in Sodeco and support daily operations while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the front-of-house team during shifts
* Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
* Handle customer feedback professionally
* Assist in staff scheduling and task delegation

Requirements:
* Previous experience in F&B or bakery/café operations
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible schedule and positive attitude
* Preferably residing in the surrounding areas
* French is a must
