Talent Acquisition Officer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND TASKS:

• Support the development and execution of talent acquisition policies and strategies for acquiring new talent
• Analyze the organization’s hiring needs to help anticipate future talent requirements
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce plans
• Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with active candidates, passive candidates, and past employees
• Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment drives, and industry events
• Manage the end-to-end screening process, including resume screening, interviews, and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers in candidate evaluation
• Ensure a consistent, fair, and positive candidate experience
• Research and analyze talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes
• Track recruitment data and prepare reports to support decision-making
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and industry regulations

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Minimum Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role

Minimum Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management or related field.

Knowledge & Skills:
● Strong understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition best practices
● Strong knowledge in Lebanese Labor Law.
● Knowledge of the industry and the roles within the organization
● Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
● Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Meticulous attention to detail
● Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
