Job role:
Responsible for recruitment and HR Department administrative support.

Duties:
Assist in recruitment advertisement.
Compile/Scan/Shortlist CVs for review by department managers.
Conduct interviews.
Assist in the Selection Process.
Handle On-Boarding process.
Co-ordinate with selected candidates for collecting necessary documents.
Update/follow up on recruitment database.
Assist HR Department in key initiatives.
Stay up to date with vacancies and ensure proper headcounts.



Qualifications:
Graduate Degree in HR.
2 years experience in recruitment.
Knowledge of HR processes/policies.
Teamwork & collaboration.
Communication skills.
Planning and Organizational skills
