An international organization is seeking a Digital Communications & Creative Design Officer to join its Communications team in Beirut. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional with a strong passion for digital storytelling, visual design, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms
• Design visuals and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
• Monitor social media performance and prepare analytical reports
• Create creative materials including e-cards, invitations, event visuals, infographics, and newsletters
• Produce short videos, reels, motion graphics, and basic animations
• Capture photos and short videos during events when required
• Update and maintain digital platforms and website content (including Odoo)
• Coordinate content with internal departments and maintain a content calendar
• Support corporate events through design, communication, and on-site coverage
• Prepare post-event content and digital summaries
• Maintain organized digital archives and produce monthly performance reports

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital communication, design, or social media
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content optimization
• Ability to create videos, reels, and simple motion graphics
• Familiarity with website and platform management (HubSpot/Odoo is a plus)
• Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation and workflow optimization
• Strong organizational, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Basic photography and video shooting skills are a strong asset
