Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Marketing Collateral
o Design and produce marketing materials in line with the company & brand identity (in voice, tone, style and
direction)
o Maintain consistency in visual branding across all platforms (online and offline).
2. Packaging Design
o Fine-tune and adapt existent designs for different SKUs / product variants.
3. Digital Media
o Design digital assets for social media (posts, banners, possibly animations).
o Support e-commerce and online campaigns with creative visuals.
4. Point of Sale (POS) & BTL Materials
o Develop materials such as shelf wobblers, banners, branding for retail / POS and collateral that serve to
show-case the products and the brand identity (hand-outs, flyers, T-Shirts...).
5. Corporate Branding
o Develop layouts for marketing and communication material (in-house, CSR, events, shows)
6. Coordination & Workflow
o Liaise with printers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
o Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with minimal supervision, based on the guidelines
provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
o 5 years of experience in a graphic design role (preferably in an advertising agency, creative branding studio).
o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus).
o Strong portfolio showcasing (packaging and) various marketing design work.
o Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
o Proficient in English (French a plus).
o Excellent time management skills.
