Junior Cost Controller - Chain of Restaurants - Democratic Republic of the Congo

Salary: $1700 per month, plus accommod
We are hiring a Junior Cost Controller to support the financial and operational control of a chain of restaurant operations located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Africa.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
· 1–3 years of experience in cost control or accounting,
· Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or F&B operations is highly preferred
· Basic knowledge of food & beverage cost control principles
· Understanding of purchasing, receiving, and inventory processes
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
· Ability to analyze variances and prepare simple financial reports
· Close attention to detail and accuracy
· Willingness to learn and grow within the finance or hospitality field
· Working knowledge of French is required
