Medical Representative (MR)
Role Purpose

To promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, build strong professional relationships, and achieve sales and market-share targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Promote assigned products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions

Conduct regular field visits according to call plans

Deliver accurate product information, clinical benefits, and updates

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

Organize and support medical events, presentations, and promotional activities

Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback

Submit daily/weekly visit reports and sales reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Call frequency and coverage

Product knowledge assessment

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biology, or related field

Previous experience as a Medical Representative is an advantage

Strong communication and presentation skills

Persuasion and negotiation abilities

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
