We are seeking a Site Engineer to oversee the on-site execution of interior fit-out and renovation projects. The role focuses on day-to-day site coordination, quality control, and MEP alignment, ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, timelines, and approved scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate all trades and subcontractors
- Review and implement architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing drawings
- Coordinate MEP works with architectural finishes (gypsum, ceilings, flooring, glass, etc.)
- Monitor quality of workmanship and compliance with specifications
- Ensure proper sequencing of works to avoid clashes and rework
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and handover activities
- Report site progress, issues, and requirements to management
- Ensure site safety and proper housekeeping
Skills
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out works
- Good working knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire)
- Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings
- Ability to coordinate between design, site, and subcontractors
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
