6 working days (Monday - Saturday)
• Monthly preparation of the financial statement
• Follow-up on all accountants and central cashier
• Special financial reporting requirements by CFO
• Supervision and control on cheque issuance, statements of accounts, etc…
• Financial analysis for all accounts
• Collection of Date
• Tax preparation every 6 months
• Social security contribution monthly and yearly
• Assist Yearly Financial reports for the Ministry of Finance
• Control on bank accounts and daily follow-up on these accounts
• Monitoring stock movement: spare parts for cars and coolers, advertising material, raw material
• Monthly and end of year inventory
