Job Description:

We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Female Sales Advisor to represent our luxury perfume brand with elegance and professionalism in Downtown Beirut. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional in-store experience, actively engage customers, and support the store’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and assisting them in discovering the right fragrances.
2. Build and update customer data to support CRM and follow-up communication.
3. Actively promote fragrances by distributing blotters to clients and inviting them to explore the store.
4. Maintain product presentation including dusting perfume bottles, organizing shelves, and ensuring a luxury environment.
5. Handle POS operations: sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and daily cash closing.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets through product knowledge and confident communication.
7. Support store team with day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to brand standards.
8. Uphold a friendly, positive, and engaging attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with a strong and confident personality
• Previous experience in retail or fragrance/beauty is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Polished appearance and professional attitude suitable for a luxury environment
• Ability to comfortably approach customers and distribute fragrance blotters
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain store cleanliness and presentation
• Basic POS handling skills
• Team player with a proactive and sales-driven mindset
• Ability to work flexible shifts when required
