Real Estate Consultant (commission)

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process within your allocated area, from prospecting to handing over the keys.

1· Area Farming: Collect property data, identify potential future sellers, and establish a dominant local presence to generate your own future listings. Proactively farm your allocated neighborhood through consistent visits and community engagement.
2. Lead Conversion & Sales Execution: We provide you with qualified leads. Your core responsibility is to expertly manage the sales cycle—conducting insightful consultations and property viewings, understanding client needs, and skillfully guiding provided leads from initial contact to a closed deal.
3. Perform professional photography.
4. Client Negotiation & Deal Closure: You will serve as the direct negotiator between buyers and sellers, advocating for your clients to achieve optimal outcomes and ensuring transactions progress smoothly to closing.

Qualifications & Must-Haves:

· A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience (real estate, insurance, or similar high-stakes B2C sales is highly preferred).
· Exceptional time management and organizational skills – a self-starter who can operate autonomously.
· Must own a car (this is a requirement for daily area farming and client visits).


Special Note: This is a full-time position that demands undivided professional focus. Outside employment is not compatible with this position
