Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior In-House Recruiter to support our internal hiring needs across multiple roles and teams.
This role requires someone who is comfortable taking ownership of early-stage hiring decisions, conducting meaningful interviews, and working closely with leadership to ensure the right candidates move forward.
You will be trusted to use sound judgment, ask the right questions, and contribute to hiring decisions that have long-term impact on the company.

Key Responsibilities
Review and shortlist candidates for open roles
Conduct screening and first-round interviews
Explore candidate experience through structured conversations
Evaluate candidate suitability against role requirements
Identify and remove misaligned candidates early in the process
Collaborate with leadership to support hiring decisions

This role is focused on quality and judgment, not administrative HR work.

What We’re Looking For
Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
Comfortable challenging candidates and exploring answers in depth to reach clear conclusions
Ability to understand different role requirements and assess fit
Comfortable making recommendations and explaining decisions
Attention to detail when reviewing CVs and candidate backgrounds
Professional, thoughtful, and objective approach to hiring

Experience & Background:
Previous experience in internal recruiting or talent acquisition
Hands-on involvement in screening and interviewing candidates
Exposure to hiring across different role types
3+ years of hands-on experience conducting interviews for internal roles with responsibility for hiring decisions.

Pay:
Salary: Great Salary (Get Paid in USD)
3 weeks paid Vacation
