SCOPE OF THE JOB:
The Senior Event Specialist is responsible for the coordination of all events as well as the development and implementation of the public relations plans designed to create and maintain a favorable public image.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize and implement timely events, through proper coordination & administration of invitations, issuance marketing & promotions procedures, etc.
- Perform ongoing market research for new events opportunities and implement launch of new social channels.
- Liaise with external monitoring agencies to monitor and follow up on the brands/products presence in all PR and media streams.
- Negotiate agreements with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure lowest cost and highest quality of service.
- Maintain strong relationships with media and PR partners.
- Implement monthly and yearly PR initiatives and campaigns that adhere to the marketing strategies and the company’s objectives.
- Perform other duties that are aligned & related to the job scope.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent Degree, Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in similar field.
- Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English, French is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
