We Are Hiring: Floor Manager

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to lead our service team and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily floor operations and service quality
• Ensure perfect service standards are consistently applied
• Train, coach, and develop service staff
• Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts efficiently
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding of service employees
• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive work environment
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar role
• Strong background in high-quality service standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills
• Ability to manage schedules and team performance
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
