We are hiring a Seeds Products & Sales Officer
The Seeds Products & Sales Officer is responsible for managing seed products while actively driving sales and market growth. The role combines technical seed expertise with commercial activities, including customer development, field support, and sales performance, to ensure product success and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Technical Responsibilities
Manage and monitor seed product portfolios and performance
Coordinate seed trials, demonstrations, and field evaluations
Ensure seed quality, certification, labeling, and regulatory compliance
Provide technical guidance on seed selection, planting, and crop management
Prepare product technical sheets, reports, and performance data
Monitor market trends and competitor seed products

Sales & Commercial Responsibilities
Promote and sell seed products to farmers, distributors, and dealers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Identify new markets and sales opportunities
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Support marketing activities, field days, and product launches
Collect customer feedback and relay market needs to management

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
Experience in seed products, agricultural sales, or agronomy
Strong technical knowledge of seeds and crop production
Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and in the field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid driving license
