Supervises:

• Production Controller
• Branches Controller
• Catering & Kitchen Controller
• Operations Analyst
• Fleet Analyst
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts for all companies
• Monitor actual performance vs budget and analyze variances
• Develop and maintain costing systems (product, recipe, labor, overheads)
• Perform cost analysis for manufacturing processes and F&B operations
• Support pricing strategy through margin and cost analysis
• Track and control operational costs, waste, and efficiency KPIs
• Prepare detailed management reports for decision-making
• Work closely with operations, production, and procurement teams
• Support CAPEX evaluation and cost-benefit analysis
• Assist Financial Manager in financial planning and strategic reviews
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong cost accounting and budgeting expertise
• Excellent analytical and Excel/ERP skills
• Understanding of manufacturing & F&B cost drivers
• Attention to detail and accuracy
