Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Site Civil Engineer to manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with the project team, and resolve any technical or site-related issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and monitor all on-site civil works.
· Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
· Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
· Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship for compliance with quality standards.
· Address and resolve technical issues on-site.
Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
· Proven experience in site supervision and construction management.
· Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, materials, and site procedures.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software is an advantage.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
