Role Summary
We are seeking a stylish, energetic, and results-driven Showroom Sales Woman to join our team. As the face of our footwear brand, you will help customers find the perfect pair of shoes by providing exceptional service and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities
• Customer Styling: Greet every customer and provide a personalized shopping experience, suggesting shoe styles that match their preferences and needs.
• Fit Expertise: Assist customers in finding the correct size and fit, explaining the comfort and material benefits of our collection.
• Sales Growth: Actively upsell and cross-sell (e.g., suggesting shoe care products or matching accessories) to increase the average transaction value.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the showroom’s premium look by keeping shoe displays organized, ensuring all sizes are represented on the floor, and updating window displays.
• Stock Coordination: Communicate daily with the Storekeeper to check for size availability and replenish sold items.
• Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets to maximize your commission.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, footwear, or apparel.
• Passion for Fashion: A strong interest in footwear trends and the ability to talk confidently about style.
• Communication: Highly persuasive with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Patience & Service: Ability to handle multiple customers at once, especially during busy weekend shifts.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing and moving throughout the showroom during your shift.
