Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise and support waiters during service to ensure smooth operations.

• Welcome guests, take orders accurately, and ensure timely food and beverage delivery.

• Ensure tables are properly set and service areas remain clean and organized.

• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

• Train and guide new service staff in restaurant standards.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate order delivery.

• Monitor service quality and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

• Assist the restaurant supervisor in daily operations and shift briefings.


Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a captain waiter or senior waiter in a hotel or restaurant.

• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

• Customer-oriented with attention to detail.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
