We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support accurate monthly reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis to enable data-driven decision-making across the business. The role partners closely with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to assess profitability, pricing impact, and costing variances.

Key responsibilities
* Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and management summaries.
* Support the Finance Manager with insights on the overall financial position.
* Participate in annual budgeting (costing, margin, trade loaders, etc.).
* Consolidate financial statements and prepare reports for submission to management.
* Prepare end-of-period trial balance and financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) in coordination with reporting teams.
* Assist management and departments with profitability and margin analysis by brand/product.
* Partner with Marketing to analyze the impact of price increases.
* Prepare profitability analysis for tender sales (pharmaceutical division).
* Coordinate with Sales on monthly sales targets and monthly collection targets.
* Review shipping order costing vs. budget and provide approvals/comments.
* Validate final costing of received orders vs. budget and highlight variances.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance (or related).
* CFA and/or Master’s in Finance is a plus.

Experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Auditing / Accounting / Finance
