A 5-star hotel is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Front Office Manager to lead all front desk operations and deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences in line with international luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee all front office operations including reception, guest relations, concierge, reservations, and night audit
*Ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences aligned with 5★ standards
*Lead, mentor, and develop the front office team to maintain exceptional service levels
*Handle VIP arrivals, high-profile guests, and special requests with discretion and professionalism
*Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement continuous improvement strategies
*Manage room inventory, daily revenue reports, and forecasting in coordination with Revenue and Sales departments
*Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and quality assurance programs
*Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively to maintain brand reputation
*Prepare operational budgets and control front office expenses

Qualifications & Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
*Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial front office role within a 5★ hotel
*Strong leadership and team development skills
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
*Fluency in Arabic and English (French is highly preferred)
*Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera preferred) and Microsoft Office
*Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience management
*Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
