Job Details

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and act as an escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, low-current, security and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, POS systems, and network devices.
- Ensure continuous availability and performance of IT systems across stores and headquarters.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings across enterprise systems.
- Administer and support Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online), Azure AD, and core business applications.
- Monitor and maintain network connectivity between stores and central servers (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Oversee server health, backups, and recovery processes to ensure business continuity for stores.
- Provide Support in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, rollouts, and new technology implementations.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct regular store visits, complete technical checklists, and ensure IT equipment is properly installed and operational, and provide on-site support when required.
- Install, configure, monitor, and conduct basic troubleshooting of IP cameras and NVR/DVR solutions.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management.
- Strong experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD.
- Knowledge in Kaspersky Endpoint Security / Kaspersky Next is a plus
- Experience managing Cisco Meraki (firewalls, switches, dashboard) is a plus.
- ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.) is a strong plus
