We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Storekeeper Manager to oversee inventory and warehouse operations across our F&B chain. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock control, proper storage procedures, cost efficiency, and smooth coordination between central warehouse and outlets.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse and store operations for all F&B outlets.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.

Implement and maintain proper stock control systems (FIFO, expiry tracking, batch control).

Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations.

Coordinate with purchasing, suppliers, and outlet managers.

Ensure proper storage conditions for food, beverages, and non-food items.

Control wastage, damages, and stock variances.

Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management.

Supervise storekeepers and warehouse staff.

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in warehouse or store management within F&B sector.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
