Accounting Manager

*Responsibilities:*
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and laws
- Lead and develop a team of accountants
- Improve financial processes and internal controls
- Collaborate with other departments (finance, operations)

*Requirements:*
- 5+ years accounting experience (manager level)
- Strong financial analysis and leadership skills
- Proficiency in accounting software
