We are hiring a results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead our real estate sales operations while overseeing our brand presence across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
Sales
- Manage and drive residential property sales
- Handle client inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and closings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors
- Track leads and report on sales performance

Marketing
- Manage and grow our social media platforms
- Develop and execute content and campaign strategies

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Real estate certification is a plus
Proven experience in real estate sales
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Solid understanding of social media and digital marketing
