Skills
- Diploma from a technical or vocational institute in maintenance, mechanics, electricity, or any related field.
- Preferably certified in HVAC (air conditioning and refrigeration systems).
- 3–5 years of practical experience in maintenance.
- Specialized training in diagnosing and repairing machinery.
- Knowledge of occupational safety basics, technical mathematics, electrical circuits, and hydraulic systems.
- Solid understanding of electricity, plumbing, and hydraulics.
- Ability to identify and repair faults.
- Ability to use software for managing maintenance tasks.
- Effective communication, organization, and teamwork.
