Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the company’s marketing activities across digital and offline channels. The role covers a broad scope including management of digital platforms, development of marketing strategies and policies, execution of campaigns, and coordination with internal teams to support business development and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets.
• Design and implement marketing policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend new marketing initiatives.
• Manage and monitor the company’s digital presence including website, social media pages, and online directories.
• Coordinate the creation and publishing of digital content across platforms.
• Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements to increase visibility and reach.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies when required.
• Track campaign performance and prepare evaluation reports.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data and market response.
• Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity.
• Oversee preparation of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Ensure all communication materials comply with brand standards.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to support marketing decisions.
• Prepare reports on market performance and campaign outcomes.
• Work closely with sales and management teams to support lead generation and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing activities related to events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Provide marketing support for new services or business initiatives.
• Handle additional marketing needs as required by management.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and performance.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Five to seven years of experience in marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Experience in campaign planning and marketing strategy development.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
• Experience managing corporate social media and website content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
