Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying leads, conducting software demonstrations, and closing sales for our ready-to-market ERP and E-Commerce (B2B/B2C) solutions.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with a technical background who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities
Sales Execution: Actively search for and contact potential businesses in need of ERP or E-Commerce digital transformation.

Product Demos: Perform detailed walkthroughs of the software, explaining the technical and functional benefits of our modules.

Closing: Handle the full sales cycle from initial contact to the final signing of the project agreement.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on the sales pipeline and client feedback.

Compensation Structure
This position is 100% commission-based, providing high earning potential for every project closed:

Sales Commission: You will receive a fixed percentage of the Total Initial Contract Value for every successful sale.

Payment Terms: Commission is paid promptly upon the client’s first installment/payment.

Transportation Allowance: All fuel and transportation costs for client site visits and demos will be fully covered/reimbursed.

Requirements
Proven experience in selling software (SaaS, ERP, or Accounting systems).

Ability to understand and explain technical workflows (SQL, Web hosting, Database logic).

Professional appearance and strong negotiation skills.

Must have a car (transportation costs are provided).
