Job Details

Category Administration
o Ensure control,proper storage, easy access and accuracy of raw materials and work in progress inventories
o Receive raw materials and record related transaction
o Define codes for all stored materials
o Deliver raw materials to Production and record related transaction
o Monitor work in progress storage
o Submit monthly stock-level report and reconcile with accounting
o Assist the Production Manager in defining the re-order level
o Issue RFP for items reaching the re-order level
o Manage the people reporting to him
o Maintain physical stock status as per ISO requirements (Identification, Labels, etc.)
o Input data and print invoices for clients
o Make sure that manufactured items are shipped and shipped with the appropriate packaging, labelling (including spare, touch up and accessories) unless specifically requested by his/her hierarchy to keep items temporarily on hold
o Establish quantities to be ordered
o Issue packing list
o Issue delivery note for the incoming & outgoing
