Job Details

Provide on-site technical support for customers (hardware and software issues)

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment

Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues in a timely manner

Support basic networking tasks (LAN, WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi)

Assist in VoIP and telephony system setup and maintenance

Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance

Respond to IT support requests and ensure proper follow-up

Document issues, solutions, and technical procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role

Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows), and networking

Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and helpdesk support

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work on-site and handle customer interactions professionally
