Job Details

Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations
• Assist in resolving employee queries, complaints, and grievances.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Facilitate communication between management and staff to promote a positive work environment.
2. Visa & Work Permits
• Coordinate visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees
• Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and external service providers.
• Ensure all visa-related documents are accurately filed and compliant with local regulations.
3. Position Management
• Maintain organizational charts and monitor vacant positions.
• Track staff movements (promotions, transfers, terminations) and update HR systems accordingly.
• Assist in job description updates.
4. Salary & Compensation
• Maintain salary and benefits structures
5. Performance Management
• Help implement performance appraisal processes.
• Track KPIs and performance outcomes for employees.
• Generate performance reports for management review.
6. Training & Development
• Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
• Maintain training records and monitor attendance.
• Assist in organizing internal and external learning initiatives.
7. HR Events & Engagement
• Support HR in planning and executing employee activities/ team events
• Manage logistics and communications for corporate events.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in employee relations and administration).
• Good knowledge of labor laws and visa regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
