The Junior HVAC Technician assists in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across managed facilities. The role ensures all HVAC equipment operates efficiently and supports a safe and comfortable environment for occupants.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, split units, etc.)
Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment
Monitor system performance and report any abnormalities or faults
Carry out filter cleaning/replacement and basic servicing tasks
Respond to maintenance requests and service calls in a timely manner
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Record maintenance activities and update service logs
Assist in inspections and preventive maintenance schedules

Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
0–2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (facility management experience is a plus)
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Ability to read simple technical drawings and manuals
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and work under supervision
