What is Mystery Shopping?
Mystery shoppers visit stores, restaurants, or service locations and evaluate the customer experience based on specific guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Visit assigned locations (shops, restaurants, etc.)

Observe and evaluate customer service and overall experience

Complete a short report after each visit

Requirements:

Good observation and attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions accurately

Basic reporting skills (via mobile or computer)

Professional and discreet attitude
