Become an Azkatechian:
We are looking for an Odoo Solution Provider who understands business operations and can identify how ERP solutions can address operational challenges. Your role is to engage with companies, understand their business needs, and position ERP solutions that improve efficiency and visibility across their operations. You will combine strong sales techniques with an understanding of ERP systems to convert opportunities into successful client partnerships.

Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Engagement
• Conduct discovery meetings with companies to understand their business processes and operational challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Odoo Solution Positioning & Sales
• Understand how Odoo system support core business functions such as accounting, sales, inventory, HR, and operations.
• Present Odoo solutions to clients and demonstrate how they address specific business needs.
• Collaborate with the functional and technical teams to propose the most suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
Sales Strategy & Deal Closing
• Apply structured sales techniques to guide prospects through the sales cycle.
• Negotiate terms and successfully close deals with clients.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong client communication throughout the sales process.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Market Awareness & Continuous Learning
• Stay updated on ERP trends, digital transformation practices, and Odoo capabilities.
• Understand industry challenges to better position Odoo solutions.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Who We’re Looking for:
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, MIS, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, HR, sales, and operations.
• Experience with business process modeling and requirement documentation.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Odoo or ERP experience is highly preferred.
