We’re Hiring: IT Systems Administrator ???? Sin El Fil

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, supporting users, and driving automation through Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and on-premises systems
Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and security settings
Manage SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, and intranet portals
Develop workflows using Power Automate and applications using Power Apps
Handle IT incidents (P1/P2), troubleshooting, and user support
Manage user onboarding/offboarding and end-user devices
Maintain printers, peripherals, and connectivity equipment
Administer CCTV, access control systems, and ensure data retention compliance
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
3–4 years of experience in a similar role
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
Good knowledge of networking, servers, and IT security
Experience in incident management and troubleshooting
Microsoft certifications are a plus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
