Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting
· Actively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field activities.
· Identify high-potential clients and create new business opportunities.
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent production.
Client Meetings & Sales Presentations
· Schedule and conduct face-to-face client meetings.
· Perform detailed needs analysis and financial assessments.
· Present customized insurance and financial solutions tailored to client goals.
· Deliver persuasive sales presentations that clearly communicate product value and benefits.
Closing & Revenue Generation
· Negotiate terms and successfully close sales deals.
· Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Portfolio Management & Retention
· Manage client renewals and policy servicing.
· Build long-term relationships to ensure client loyalty and retention.
· Provide after-sales support and continuous financial advice.
Market Intelligence
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
Identify new sales opportunities within the market.
Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
· Proven experience in Senior sales or Sales management.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Professional attitude with a positive, results-oriented mindset.
· Age 28 and above.
· Must own a car (motorized) for field sales activities.
