Front Office Shift Leader

About the Role
As a Front Office Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the front office and delivering exceptional guest experiences and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Lead and support front desk operations during assigned shifts.
- Welcome, check in, and check out guests while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, complaints, and unexpected situations effectively.
- Monitor and maintain accurate guest accounts, billing, and reservations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Supervise all Front Desk employees ensuring guests are taken care of in a professional and friendly manner
- Act as the point of contact when management is not present, ensuring standards are maintained.
- Ensure health, safety, and emergency procedures are followed.
- Prepare reports and assist in administrative tasks as required.
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
- Degree in hospitality with previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in front office or guest service within a hotel or resort.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g. Opera, PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Bartender

About the Role
We're seeking a Bartender who thrives in a bustling, luxurious resort environment and enjoys crafting drinks from scratch for a diverse tourist clientele, and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Stock the bar and mix and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain inventory control through careful monitoring and conscientious use of beverage products.
- Set up your bar – stock up on all the supplies you’ll need, and make sure all your equipment works.
- Look after your bar – keep it clean and tidy and make sure the alcohol is always secure.
- Handle cash and credit transactions.
- Engage constantly with resort visitors to provide exceptional service and upsell.
- Perform opening and closing duties.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
- 2+ years similar experience in 4/5 stars hotels
- Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
- Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness





Hostess

About the Role
The Hostess serves as the first point of contact for members, visitors, and prospective clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and positive first impression, and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Meet and Greet guests.
- Managing the reservations of events.
- Responding phone calls and emails inquiries.
- Report guests feedback.
- Presentable and has experience with administrative procedures.
- Warmly welcome and seat guests in a timely, organized manner.
- Provide information on menus, specials, and resort amenities

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
- Female candidate, aged 20–30
- Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or front-of-house role in hospitality
- Fluent in English & Arabic; additional languages (French, etc.) a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
